Job Summary

Budget Works Solutions is seeking a skilled Stair Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction and renovation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including stairs, decks, and floors.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, including stairs, decks, and floors.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work processes.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precise and accurate results.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, ensuring safe and efficient work processes.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safe and efficient work processes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction and renovation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various locations.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Own transportation and vehicle.
  • Tools and safety equipment/gear.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
