Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Expertise
- Collaborate with senior technical advisors to provide technical expertise on sites.

- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, providing strategic recommendations, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Environmental Risk Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive environmental risk assessments, including site investigations, data analysis, and interpretation, to identify potential hazards and mitigation strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Stay current with relevant environmental regulations and guidelines, advising clients on compliance requirements and assisting in permitting processes.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory specialists, to develop integrated solutions that address complex environmental challenges.
- Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our environmental consulting services.
- Administrative Duties
- Perform administrative duties, including claims, invoices, and other paperwork, within established timelines.
- Education
- University degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, focusing on environmental assessments, remediation, and compliance.
- Professional Designation
- Must possess or be eligible for a professional designation (P.Ag, RP.Bio, P.Eng, P.Geo, etc.).
- Skills
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations in the area of expertise.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior employees.
