We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing incoming requisitions, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area, ensuring accurate labeling and categorization.
- Process incoming requisitions, prepare requisition orders, and maintain records on the inventory control system.
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, adhering to quality control standards.
- Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, identifying and labeling items as needed.
- Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and track work orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with team members as necessary.
- Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, adhering to health and safety standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to distinguish between colors and maintain accurate records.
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
