Job OverviewWe are offering a competitive salary for this position, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Preparation: Assist patients during dental examinations and procedures by preparing them for treatment and making them feel comfortable throughout the process.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain dental and office supplies, ensuring that we have everything needed to provide exceptional patient care.
- Administrative Functions: Perform administrative tasks related to the dental laboratory, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Dental Instrumentation: Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Reception and Clerical Duties: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various clerical tasks.
- Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field (3 months to less than 1 year)
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent qualifications
- Dental Plan: Enjoy comprehensive dental coverage through our employer-sponsored plan
- Work Term: Permanent full-time position
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week
