Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support financial decision-making.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and excellent communication skills.
