Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RS DHALIWAL FOOD INC.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer service experience.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.

- Ability to work in a noisy and odorous environment.
- Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff and customers.

- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Permanent employment with RS DHALIWAL FOOD INC.
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
