Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Mainstreet Equity Corp.
Job Summary:The Property Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties, including negotiating leases, coordinating repairs, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and maintained
- Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Receive payments and manage financial transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
