Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler Nuclear Canada to join our team at Kiewit Nuclear Canada. As a Scheduler Nuclear Canada, you will play a key role in planning and scheduling activities on a variety of Nuclear and DOE projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain achievable resource-loaded logic-driven schedules, including lists of activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items, and other critical project deliverables.
- Analyze available manpower and resources, commodity charts, trends, schedule variations, schedule performance, and schedule forecast.
- Develop, maintain, and report schedule health metrics.
- Implement change controls process as needed.
- Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and concepts to develop and maintain critic path logic networks.
- Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of construction scheduling experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Previous Earned Value Management System experience.
- Ability to complete work tasks with minimal supervision.
- Skilled at presenting schedule briefings to senior leaders.
- Proficiency in various project controls software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or technical training and related experience.
