Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Supervisor to join our team at The Bench Bakehouse. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our kitchen operations.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
