Unit Supervisor

The Bench Bakehouse is seeking a highly motivated and organized Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet production schedules
- Manage inventory and requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
