About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Mason to join our team at Kang Paving. As a Concrete Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and finishing concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Concrete Installation: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, ensuring a secure and stable structure.
  • Surface Preparation: Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, ensuring a safe and durable finish.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the ability to relocate for this position.
