Position Overview

KANG PAVING is seeking a skilled Concrete Mason to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
  • Utilize power vibrators to effectively compact concrete.
  • Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specified grades and depths.
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other necessary fixtures.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces appropriately.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore concrete surfaces as needed.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
