We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at CHIL Interior Design. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for hospitality projects, from concept development to project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet the client's needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers and technicians
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality interior design, with a strong portfolio of projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
