Job Title: Interior Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead our interior design team in Vancouver. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership in all aspects of interior design, including programming, schematic design, working drawings, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior and intermediate interior and technologist staff
  • Develop and implement interior design strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare and present design proposals, contract documents, and other relevant materials
  • Manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in interior design
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program
  • Strong design and leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with interior design drawing package coordination and production, including local building codes
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
  • NCIDQ registration or working towards it
