About Our Organization

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, emotional and behavioral disorders, and other complex needs.

Our Fentress program in Rutland, MA provides residential and community-based services to adolescent boys aged 12-21. We emphasize a 1:4 staff-to-student ratio to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and facilitate reintegration into the family or next appropriate placement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field required
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders
  • MAPS certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license required

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Tuesday, Friday: 1-11 PM
  • Saturday: 7 AM-11 PM
