Job Description

The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively in organizing and delivering care to clients in a mental health setting. Your responsibilities will include providing person-centered nursing care, assessing patients' needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse mental health needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Establish and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients and their families


Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • BScN or equivalent
  • Experience working in mental health nursing
