Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. This role involves coordinating project documentation, setting up and maintaining project reporting procedures, and managing project administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project documentation, including meeting minutes, Change Orders, and Shop Drawings.
  • Set up and maintain project reporting procedures, including cost reports and project status reports.
  • Manage project administration activities, including payroll, timekeeping, and safety reporting.
  • Assist in the management of trade contractor site meetings and RFIs.
  • Review construction plans for compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • One or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to read blueprints and construction plans.
