Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
- Prepare and stock merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing store display and ensuring that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Perform general store duties, including housekeeping, opening, and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely around the store.
