We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Savers. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process customer donations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
