Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Signal crane operators to position units according to blueprints

  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures
  • Unload and position steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications

Work Environment: This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors, at heights, and in noisy environments. You will be required to work in confined spaces and may be exposed to fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
