The Associate Director of Operations will be responsible for directing the overall management of the Operations Division, including the development and implementation of strategies to achieve divisional goals and objectives. They will also provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring that they have the resources and tools necessary to succeed in their roles.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, integrity, and respect for diversity and inclusion. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
