As a key member of AXA XL Americas' Middle Markets business, you will be responsible for establishing new broker and client relationships, underwriting our Middle Market products, and supporting the growth of this exciting new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and market our new products across GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Environmental.
- Underwrite new and renewal business, achieving profitable premium and rate goals.
- Develop and maintain broker relationships, coordinating with brokers to determine their marketing and education needs.
- Interact with insureds, brokers, and producers, providing high-quality service and ensuring compliance with internal audit guidelines.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team, management, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Represent AXA XL at internal and external events, promoting our brand and products.
Requirements
- Extensive Middle Market insurance experience, with a strong understanding of Canadian insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust insured and broker contacts.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach, providing creative solutions and ideas for resolution.
