Job Title: Senior Technical Architect for Cloud Migration

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and validation of a solution for an on-prem contact center system to cloud migration project for a large federal department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and validate the solution between CCaaS cloud platform and Contact Center and Remote Agents, ensuring traffic optimization and service quality.
  • Build the lab environment for the Proof of Concept.
  • Participate in the migration plan, methodology, and process development for CCaaS transformation.
  • Provide discovery and update the inventory on the production system and prepare documentation.
  • Create the security design document (SDD), High-level design document (HDD), and present the solution to the Architecture Review Board and obtain approval.
  • Collaborate across various functional teams on assigned tasks and meet tight timelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience facilitating the migration of an on-prem contact center to a cloud-based solution.
  • Extended experience on the Cloud connectivity models for CCaaS solutions and knowledge of Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience on On-Prem Contact Center to CCaaS migration project in large enterprise contact center environment (1000+ agents, 100+ call flows) in different regions.
  • Valid Enhanced reliability clearance.
