Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Transformation Business Solutions Leader to join our Strategy & Evolution team at National Bank. The role involves acting as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams, working in an agile mode and being part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for different sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting product owners, business line partners, and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables. You will also define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support business planning for different deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support business planning for different deliverables.
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise.
  • Model current and target processes based on Bank mapping practices.
  • Perform high-level, detailed impact analysis from all angles of the process with the help of experts.
  • Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their linkages, and ensure traceability.
  • Define, identify user test scenarios, and support users in operational transfer.
  • Make proposals for change management strategy to solution users.

Our IT team consists of over 2,300 experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative way to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes. We are part of a large team and report to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Evolution. Our Strategy & Evolution team's mission is to support the transformation of operations and help develop operational excellence.

Prerequisites:

  • A university degree in a relevant field with several years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow and CSM/FSO.
  • Participation in projects involving ServiceNow practices and platform.
  • Business analysis skills in a technology-based ecosystem.
  • ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are assets.
  • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, lean approach.
  • Appreciate and foster contact with internal/user partners.
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, ...).

Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
