Retail Store Manager

Scanlon Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store displays and exhibits.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
