Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Scanlon Mart. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation.
  • Manage store visual merchandising, including creating and implementing visual displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals, manage expenses, and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, processing credit card transactions, and securing the store.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
