Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Money Advisor. As a Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and advice to our members, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with credit union members, providing them with personalized financial advice and guidance.
- Assist members with their financial needs, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and providing investment and lending advice.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience and to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to management on how to improve our services and products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
