About the Role:

The Dock Attendant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our docks. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing guest traffic flow, and following safety protocols to ensure the protection of passengers and the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers
  • Manage guest traffic flow on and off the docks
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure the protection of passengers and the vessel
  • Handle lines to moor vessels to dock
  • Ensure docks are clean and free of any debris
  • Answer general inquiries and provide information about the facility
  • Immediately report any incidents or safety concerns to the Dock Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
