Job Title: Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Eastport Financial Group.

Job Summary:

The Project Administration Officer will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with project management software
