Overseas Adventure Travel is seeking a skilled Tour Director to lead our escorted tours and provide travelers with unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality programs that meet the expectations of our travelers.
- Reconfirm all services with vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Represent Overseas Adventure Travel and maintain a cordial relationship with vendors.
- Listen to passenger feedback and communicate with the GCT Office.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience guiding tours in the Canadian Maritimes and the Canadian Rockies.
- Passion for the destinations, its people, culture, and traditions.
- Ability to connect travelers with locals and provide knowledge of the destinations.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions to address last-minute changes.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $210 USD daily rate (with up to 20% increase after 3 years)
- Gratuity: $7- $10 /person/day (average group size: 35 pax.)
- Incentive: Up to an additional 40% of your base Excellence goals
