Mechanical Vehicle Specialist

At First Mile Transport Training, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Vehicle Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work with us in maintaining the highest standards of vehicle repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Repair or replace mechanical units or components, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with industry regulations.
- Test and adjust units to specifications, using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify any issues.
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed, providing detailed records of all activities.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work under pressure. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and safety, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the transportation or automotive industry.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or vehicle technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
