Visiting Nurse

CarePartners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Visiting Nurse in the New Liskeard area.
This is a full-time position that offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients in the community, working independently or in collaboration with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).
- Provide exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, including one-on-one care and virtual consultations.
- Communicate and liaise with patients, family members, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Perform other clinical duties as required.

- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma.
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle, as regular travel is required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- CPR Certification.
- Current immunization record, including a 2-step TB test.
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check.
