As a Service Person, you will play a critical role in the success of Newmont's Porcupine mine site near Timmins, ON. This position reports to the underground supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of themselves and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate utility vehicles to deliver crews to workplaces
  • Operate boom truck
  • Perform general housekeeping
  • Deliver supplies and materials including explosives
  • Perform audits as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 12 months mining experience
  • Fall arrest training
  • Heavy machinery experience an asset
  • Underground Common Core Certificate
Working Conditions

This job is located at Hoyle Pond, part of Newmont's Porcupine mine site near Timmins, ON. You will work a 5x5x4 schedule, and relocation may be required if you do not live in the area.
