We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer - Strategic Growth to join our team at PSI Procurement Solutions International. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising professional and support staff, performing administrative tasks, and recruiting and hiring staff. You will also conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, evaluate customer service and store environments, and provide consultation on planning and starting of new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise professional and support staff and students
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting of new businesses

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in business development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
