Student Information System and Business Solutions Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a SIS and Core Business Systems Supervisor.

This role is responsible for overseeing the management, accuracy, and security of our Student Information System (SIS) and related data processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the administration, maintenance, and operation of the Student Information System (SIS).
  2. Ensure system updates, patches, and enhancements are tested and implemented efficiently.
  3. Supervise the troubleshooting of technical issues related to student information and ancillary systems and ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in student information systems, ideally PowerSchool or similar large complex systems.
  • Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles is preferred.
