We are seeking a qualified Home Care Assistant to join our team at RONEL D

Overview of the Role:

  • Assist with daily living activities for our clients.
  • Work closely with our clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency.
  • Equivalent experience or education.

Work Arrangements:

  • This is a live-in position, requiring the successful candidate to reside with our client.
  • No remote work options are available for this role.

Work Setting:

  • The successful candidate will be working in a residential setting.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Support our clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household duties.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleaning.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients.

Credentials, Certificates, Licenses, and Memberships:

  • A valid work visa or permit.
  • Certificate of good standing from a relevant authority.

Experience and Specialization:

  • Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.

Target Audience:

  • Clients requiring home care assistance.

Additional Information:

  • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Respect the rights and dignity of our clients.

Security and Safety:

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Report any concerns or incidents to management.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to lift 25 kg or more.
