Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Tarjit Pandher. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our elderly clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Encourage regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

Our Home Care Assistant will work in a non-smoking environment, with staff accommodation available. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and able to work 40 to 44 hours per week.
