The eDiscovery Project Manager is a critical member of our litigation support team, responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the full life cycle of projects, from planning to execution, to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical specifications and advising on best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project problem areas and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with production staff to allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the production staff and clients, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor's or JD degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation support, with a strong technical background and expertise in eDiscovery tools and technologies.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation, or other review database applications.
