Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing key technical components of our solutions, directing technical resources, and reducing project technical risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project.
  2. Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce, and application integration patterns.
  3. Judge tradeoffs with technology and feasibility, making choices that fit the constraints of the project.
  4. Serve as the technical expert on projects focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce platform.
  5. Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications.
  6. Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, and testing.
  7. Release and Environment Management, including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons, and version control.
  8. Work directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop and deliver key components of technology solutions.
  9. Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
  2. More than 6 years of experience with Salesforce development.
  3. One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce.
  5. Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns and Multiple Salesforce Project deployments, including release and environment management.
