We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Operations and Community Outreach to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This will involve authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, as well as coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

The Executive Director will establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Additionally, they will select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.

This role also involves recruiting newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, developing and maintaining relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and applying hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Ability to work in various locations.
