Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Valemount Sub Corp is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physically demanding with attention to detail.
