Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DDUK BAE KIE. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that all food is presented to a high standard.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Client focus and team player attitude.
