HR Generalist Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and resolve inquiries.
  • Support performance management processes and facilitate training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and maintain workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
