We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to join our team at South Camp Enterprises.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives, handling a variety of tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, respond to phone calls, and relay messages to the relevant parties.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education or equivalent experience an asset.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Prolonged sitting, use of computer, and repetitive tasks.
