About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of high reliability power conversion equipment for mission-critical applications supporting all branches of the military in Canada, the US, and many countries abroad.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Engineering Team in the design, evaluation, and testing of power electronic components, circuits, and systems.
- Utilize test equipment to perform functional, operational, and environmental tests on equipment to established criteria.
- Evaluate performance of equipment and compliance with procedures.
- Generate test procedures for new products and optimize existing procedures where applicable.
- Analyze, record, and interpret test data to determine product acceptability.
- Electronics Technician diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment.
- Experience reading schematics and engineering specs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competency, good manual dexterity, and the ability to analyze and interpret test data. If you have basic design capabilities and integration/troubleshooting skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow with our company.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
