We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Giovane Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafeteria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
