About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for operational improvements
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of food and services, meeting the needs of our customers
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality administration, management, or a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
