Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cutting, trimming, and styling hair. They will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.

Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning massages
  • Supervise apprentices/students in training
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hairstyles compatible with client physical features and preferences
  • Maintain and order supplies
Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced barbershop environment, requiring the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in hairdressing, preferably with formal qualifications
