Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Flame + Smith. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities - You will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality standards are met at all times.
- Train Staff - You will train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Maintain Records - You will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and enabling us to make informed decisions about inventory and resource allocation.
- Establish Work Schedules - You will work with our scheduling team to establish work schedules that meet the needs of our customers and staff, ensuring that we are always fully staffed during peak periods.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate - A secondary school graduation certificate is required for this position.
- Experience in Food Service - Previous experience in food service is an asset, particularly in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Criminal Record Check - You will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
