Customer Service Representative

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and making purchase suggestions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Make purchase suggestions to customers and promote products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
